Terrain Three sharp hills on course outward to Rhyl and on return to track and on return up to Eirias Park to the finish on the track. 
Surface All promenade off road with all coastal course on tarmac / concrete surface no grass.Narrow path on parts of the Promenaade needs careful Marshalling to avoid runner contact on Road crossing on to Prom.  
Configuration Out and back one lap. 
Section of Road Mostly promenade and coastal path - with some pavement.Early start will be an advantage as the prom gets busy with walkers, cyclists and dog walkers 
Right Turns Any righthand turns will be marshaled rigorously
