Configuration Single lap anti-clockwise : Country roads are quiet other roads are open to traffic so runners will be running with traffic. Crossing road in Taffs Well will be marshal controlled 
Section of Road First 5k full use of road country, left hand side and footpath until crossing the footbridge into Taffs Well. Runners will be marshalled across road and use pavement until reaching Taffs Well train station, then on to left hand side of road, full use of c
