Surface Tarmac roads apart from a 642m gravel path section through Willow Park after Mile 25 followed by a 940m pavement only section along Sudbury Road A131 and Colne Road to finish 
Configuration Out from start to approx. 3.8 miles to start one anti-clockwise lap of approx.7.4 miles then a second larger anti-clockwise lap of approx.11.8 miles followed by run to finish of approx.3.2 miles 
Section of Road Runners keep to the left of road where there are central white lines but have full width of road on country lanes with no central white lines. No pavements to be used apart from the final 940m where pavement MUST be used 
Right Turns Runners to be marshalled to centre of road on approaching a right-hand turn and then directed over to the left of new road
