Terrain Undulating with steep hill 
Surface Tarmac road but with grass, gravel and mud sections. Over 1km on soft surfaces therefore a multi-terrain course. 
Configuration Single anti-clockwise loop with 71 metres of overlap 
Section of Road On roads keep to LHS of carriageway. The only exception is close to finish where on right turn from Park Lane towards Priory Park runners may use whole of carriageway. Very short sections of pavements. On paths use whole width. 
Right Turns Right turns made keeping to left of centre line. Exception detailed above on right turn from Park Lane. 
Comments This is the alternative route to be used in the event of road works or other circumstances preclude th use of the normal route.
