Terrain Principally gently undulating but with a number of longer uphill stretches with corresponding long downhill lengths. 
Surface Town centre roads at start and finish but mainly quiet often narrow country and rural lanes. All tarmac. 
Configuration A single roughly anticlockwise loop but with start and finish seperated by appx 300m. 
Section of Road Full width from start for almost a mile with road closure then various rolling road or lane closures throughout. See seperate details. Where rarely available,no pavements allowed. 
Right Turns Rolling road or lane closures and marshals permit shortest running line options.
