Section of Road | Runners to stay on the road and keep left of white lines on the busier Fryerning Lane that leads off the country lanes into the finish at Ingatestone. Whole road on country lanes can be used. |
Right Turns | Runners to be marshalled to centre of the road and then crossed to the left-hand side of new road. |
