Surface	The race is on quiet tarmac country roads throughout, save for the first and last approx 30 metres which is on grass
Configuration	The course is a single anticlockwise loop
Section of Road	Runners should keep left throughout the race and remain on the road. Only in the last half mile will runners be directed to use a short stretch of pavement
Right Turns	There is only one right turn just after 6 miles where marshals will clearly indicate the racing line for runners to take
