Terrain Flat. 
Surface Park roads, Concrete edge of Boating Lake, Tarmac Cycle Track, 184m of off road on firm compact gravel in 2 x 92m sections.Some traffic speed bumps on the Park roads. 
Configuration A multi lap course, 2 anti-clockwise laps around the Boating Lake, and an anti-clockwise lap around the Cycle Track, with an adjoining section. 
Section of Road Within the Poole Park area the runners can use the entire road, i.e. both sides, as the roads will be closed to traffic for the race.Runners are not allowed to use the pavement beside the road. 
Right Turns There are no restrictions during right hand turns. Within the Poole Park area the entire road is available for use. 
Comments As the race is within the council controlled Poole Park, it is assumed that permission should be obtained for the event.This is a remeasure of the Poole Ladies 5 Km course, No 08/075 measured on 4th July 2008 and last used in 2010.
