Surface Redways Cycle Paths, Short stretch of road in trading estate, entry to, and exit from handover point around running track. 
Configuration This is the long leg of the relay, at the 3.682k point of the first loop, runners will carry straight on to complete a second loop of Linford Woods. 
Section of Road Redways full width, but high level of awareness required as pedestrians and cyclists will still be using. On short road section runners will be kept tight on LHS by cones and marshalls.
