Surface 5.546 smooth tarmac surface. 845m length of poor condition breaking up tarmac surface done three times total 2.5km.  
Configuration Two laps then a third lap with a out and back route around half way, to a turn around point before continuing the lap to pass the start line and finish further on with a turn into a car park. 
Section of Road Full width of the lap route half of the drive available on the turn around section West section out and East section on the return. Cones to be placed along this section. 
Right Turns Shortest route on tarmac surface.  
Comments Cones needed on the turn around drive section. Runners to be disqualified if they go over grass. Race literature to include this and marshals to enforce. North of start barriers are to be placed on junction as on plan.
