Surface Quiet country lanes, cyclepaths and footpaths. All but approx 700m fully metalled. 
Configuration Short 2k anticlockwise loop followed by two identical larger anticlockwise loops. 
Section of Road Left side of all roads. No pavements allowed until in Upper Trowse village, just before and in front of Crown Point pub. 
Right Turns Only one of significance...move across to LHS ASAP, see sketch.
