Terrain Gradual rise for around 2.5km, flat for 5km and last 2.5km gradual downhill to finish.  
Surface Start and finish in city centre streets, up to around 3km and last 3km on sub-urban A road. Middle section out and back along south section of a dual carriageway.  
Configuration Out and back.  
Section of Road Full road width up to around 2km and from 8km, the rest half of the road with centre line of roads marked with cones. Pavements have been used where on shortest possible race line except around the start finish as there will be crowd barriers.  
Right Turns Only three roundabouts with right turns. Race route as shown on sketch plans.  
Comments Also a 5km race held. Ensure cones and turnaround points are set up correctly as shown on the sketch plans.
