|Terrain||Mainly very flat with one small short hill at the start, one long drag of a hill out to the eastern turn point and one long hill in the last mile|
|Surface||Tarmac rural roads and sea front promenades sections of concrete top of sea wall.There is a section of knobbly carpark surface followed by a loose shingle track. Also several sections of loose black tarry stony surface.Total off road 0.75 miles|
|Configuration||out to the sea wall then out on the prom to east end turn and back along prom to go out on sea wall to west end turn and back along sea wall to return to the finish on a slightly different route to the way out.|
|Section of Road||Most of the course is on proms and sea walls where the whole width can be used. On the sections of road are in use the pavements will be used. the short section of roads the runners will be kept to the left kerb|
|Right Turns||Runners will be marshalled to the left of the new road or on to left pavement|
