Surface Sea front with a short length through housing estate plus a mile along a coastal pedestrian/cycle path - all tarmac 
Configuration start with a very short section of grass. then Out to the sea front road through housing estate - two laps anti clockwise- return on coastal path with a short grass section into finish  
Section of Road Whole road available on way out to sea front. on the two sea front laps the runners must keep to the left as runners will be returning on the other lane. whole width of coastal path is available 
Right Turns All roads are closed to traffic so runners can turn on shortest line except as above on sea front.
