Surface Urban roads, footpaths and park roads. Pathways round Upton Park from 4.7 to 8.2 miles are hardcore/shale. 
Configuration Out to 3.2 miles, anticlockwise loop and then back to circuit round perimeters of Poole Park. 
Section of Road Full width of all closed roads except The Quay where RHS used. Full width of path alongside Parkstone Bay. LHS West Street. Full width of path W side of West Quay, paths alongsde Holes Bay and Upton Park - runners pass to right. 
Right Turns Shortest route within permitted section of road. 
Comments Unsurfaced paths are smooth and of good standard.
