Section of Road The race director has stated the only means of keeping runners to their side of the road is cones by the turn around point. I have therefore assumed full width of the roads is available away from the turn around point including over pavements.  
Right Turns Shortest line.  
Comments The cones as shown on the turn around area must be put out on race day.
