| Terrain | Basically the 1st 3miles and the last 3.5 miles are flat. the middle 3.5 miles are undulating. |
| Surface | All tarmac roads with no pavements on country lanes. a short section of grass across rugby pitches into the finish. |
| Configuration | out to a single 3.5mile anti clockwise loop. Then back on the same road as out |
| Section of Road | On country roads which are very narrow with no centre white line all the road is available.On roads that are wider with white lines runners must be directed to keep to the left |
| Right Turns | Runners will be marshaled to the centre of the road then directed straight over to the left of the new road. |
| Comments | The runners should be made aware that there is approx 800 metres from the race H.Q to the start line |
