Terrain Almost flat course with slopes to cross a bridge in each direction over the A.421 
Surface The event is defined as Multi Terrain with virtually the whole of the last mile run on Grass and some of the paths being compressed hardcore and not tarmac. On a dry day, the surface is good throughout. No roads are used 
Configuration The course is an out, then two loops and back to a further different loop to finish. 
Section of Road The route only uses paths and grass which have no restrictions except to cone and tape the running line
