Terrain Mainly flat with 1 steep hill and 1 minor hill 
Surface Totally tarmac except for approx 500 metres out and back to turn point at 5km on a narrow grass track. 
Configuration Out from start to a turn point at 5km back along same road to finish. 
Section of Road The road is very narrow with no pavements -So whole road is available but as runners will be running in both directions some of the time they must be told to keep to the left. 
Right Turns Only two on course. runners will be marshalled to centre of road and then directed down new road.  
Comments The narrow road will be closed to traffic but there is a short section through a village which is wider but not closed so runners must keep to the left.
