Terrain Mostly flat with some slight gradients. 
Surface Tarmac foot and cycle paths with the first 450 Metres on grass and the last 240 Metres on grass.  
Configuration An out and back course with a small loop at the far end of the course with the start and finish on the grass in Highfield Park playing field. 
Section of Road left hand side of the road at all times unless indicated. The runners will be Marshalled to the right hand side of the pavement for the small loop around Selwyn Avenue and Selwyn Crescent. 
Right Turns Marshalled to the middle of the Roads before crossing to left hand side of the Roads
