|Section of Road||For most of the road sections the runners are kept on the pavements /on footpaths the whole width can be used except for the path to and from the turn point when runners must keep to the right out and back.|
|Right Turns||Only one on a road the rest are on footpaths. the one is a closed road from the start and the runners are then turned on to the pavement of the new road.|
