Section of Road Use pavement after exiting Sports centre. On Broadwater Road cut across grass to footbridge from level with direction sign then follow footpath. Cross A1000 using underpass and continue on pavement of Howlands until Caponfield full width thereafter paths

Comments The map is confused at the 3 mile and 10 mile points in Thistle Grove but the locations cited in the text are accurate. These points are 274.5m apart 3 miles lies closer to start/finish
