Terrain A very flat, rural route on country roads. 
Surface The route is all on tarmac surfaces and no pavements.The final 10 yards is on grass. 
Configuration Out and Back. 
Section of Road The route has been measured on the road only.The left hand side rule has been applied, especially where both sides of the sameroad are used. 
Right Turns Shortest line 
Comments The Finish is in the grounds of Bedford Hall. All roads will be closed for the race. The middle 2.5 miles section of the route uses a narrow road and if not closed to traffic, then unsafe for wheelchairs. The road should be marshalled to warn runners
