Terrain Undulating with several sever climbs and descents. 
Surface Footpaths and Roads and one section of private concrete farm road 
Configuration Out and back course with a Single loop between 3.5 and 10.5 Miles. With two starts on either side of the park and then merging after 0.5 miles and finish on the same foot path in Cassiobury Park. 
Section of Road Full width of the foot paths left hand side of the roads. All roads on the course are closed to normal traffic. 
Right Turns Marshalled to the middle of the Road and Footpaths before crossing to left hand side of the road.
