Terrain Mainly flat with one long drag of hilland 2 short hills. 
Surface Tarmac roads and pavements. Long section of narrow seafront path. Short section of cobbles x2 out back. Last 500metres on narrow worn earh path. 
Configuration One Lap. Elongated figure of eight. 
Section of Road Apart from the cobbled road through Old Leigh the course is all on footpaths. 
Right Turns Two right hand turns are at road junctions where the runners need to cross the roads from one pavement on the left to the right hand pavement on the new road. They will be marshalled across.
