Surface Mainly roads but hard metalled paths within Jesus Green and Midsummer Common. 
Configuration One anti-clockwise loop on road followed by a clockwise loop of Jesus Green then along the Riverbank to a short out and back and a clockwise loop on road and Midsummer Common to finish. 
Section of Road On road keep within the area closed to traffic. On Victoria Avenue at the start this is the full road but separate lanes used for subsequent visits. Other roads are left lane only or full width as fenced. In parks and commons stay on hard paths. 
Right Turns Stay within fenced or marked road area and paths.
