Terrain Mostly flat with one steep uphill section of 50 meters and one uphill section of 30 meters 
Surface Footpaths and road with the start in Monks Walk in the road and finish in the road outside Freman College School 
Configuration The start is road then turning on foot path / Cycle path. It is a small loop and then a large second loop course with the Start outside the Monks Walk and Finish is in road opposite Freman College School. 
Section of Road Full width of the foot path and road for all parts of the route except for Luynes Rise 
Right Turns Marshalled to the middle of the Roads before crossing to left hand side of the Roads 
Comments Marshall and warning signs will be required to warn oncoming traffic of approaching runners on all blind bends particularly in Luynes Rise area.
