Surface	Mostly on well-compacted gravel towpath only first and last kilometre, and from 3km - 5.6km on road or pavement.
Configuration	loop
Section of Road	Entire width of roads and towpath until Hurst Road, where runners follow the shortest route keeping to the pavement until 5.1km. Then again the entire width of towpath and roads to the finish.
Right Turns	Only exception to the above is the roundabout on Hurst Road c.4.2km, where runners must be kept to the left half of the road width available.
