Surface Mostly on minor country roads but start and finish are on a sports field and there is one long 0.82 miles and quite uneven footpath which can be muddy in places. Off-road amounts to around 20 percent of total. 
Configuration Single anti-clockwise loop with short spur at start and finish.187m on field at start and 179m at finish 
Section of Road It is assumed that the whole road is potentially available to runners excepting the portion of Trimley Road between Kirton Village and Back Road where only half road width available. 
Right Turns On Trimley Road, runners can use up to half the road width. On other minor roads, the whole is potentially available.
