Race Type multiterrain 
Terrain Course is undulating with one steep hill up and down a footpath. It is mostly on roads but has a substantial footpath contribution. 
Surface around 75 percent on tarmac roads and bridleways with the remainder off road mostly on uneven tracks which can get muddy when wet. Therefore multi-terrain. 
Configuration The course comprises a loop with a spur along which runners proceed from the start and return towards the finish. 
Section of Road Full width of all road sections, bridleways and footpaths is assumed. Pavements are not used. 
Right Turns Right-hand turns potentially use all the road although runners would be advised to keep to the left in some places.
