Terrain Mainly flat with one long drag up within 1st mile and a short incline up to the finish area. 
Surface Tarmac -quiet housing estate roads and countryside lanes. 
Configuration One anti clockwise overlapping lap 
Section of Road Left hand side of road on housing estate roads and whole road on country lanes 
Right Turns Only one on the course. Runners will be marshalled to centre of road and then crossed to the left of new road. 
Comments whilst whole road is available on country lanes there are several blind right hand bends therefore the runners must be instructed/marshalled to keep to the left.
