Configuration	Twice round a clockwise loop of approx 6.5 miles plus a straight to finish.
Section of Road	Mainly closed roads and park footpaths. Where traffic permitted one lane is to be coned off for runners. Otherwise all of road but not the footpath is available to runners except for a short length of Elizabethan Way on lap 2 where the footpath is used.
Right Turns	Runners to stay within coned areas otherwise no restrictions.
