Terrain Mainly flat witha few gentle inclines and one hill. 
Surface Tarmac- country lanes with last 1.75km through housing area and 100 metres on running track. 
Configuration Single lap not closed 
Section of Road Country lanes. Whole road available but as the roads will not be closed to traffic runners must be instructed to keep to the left.Housing area runners must run at left hand kerb / footpath. 
Right Turns Only one on the course. at T- junction runners will be marshalled to centre of road and then crossed diagonally right to left kerb of new road.
