Surface Footpaths and Roads off road on grass at the Start and finish for 150 metres 
Configuration Starts in Verulamium Park on the grass for the first and last 150 Metres. Its then a small loop of 2 miles then an out and back loop for the second part of the race 10 miles. Then back passed the entrance to the park for 200 Metres, To a turnaround 
Section of Road Full width of footpaths and full width roads. All roads close to traffic 
Right Turns Marshalled to the middle of the Road and Footpaths before crossing to left hand side of the road
