Surface Tarmac roads and paths with finish around running track. 
Configuration Single anti-clockwise lap. 
Section of Road Roads with white lines down centre runners must keep to left of road. Country lanes whole road available. Some pavement will be used. 
Right Turns Two major turns on course at a cross roads. Going out the runners will be crossed to a diagonal path before cross road to access new road. coming back marshal to centre of road and cross to left of new road. 
Comments There are some long blind right hand bends on road just after 7k runners must be marshalled along this stretch to keep them into left hand kerb. see course map
