Terrain Flat with one short hill. 
Surface Approx 1km of grass and dirt paths. 3.5km of hard packed gravel/sand sea wall. and 5.5 km of tarmac roads and country park paths. 
Configuration 1 lap 
Section of Road Full width of tracks, paths and road may be used except for a small section of road Point Road where runners must be kept to left. 
Right Turns Only one on road section at mini roundabout - on approach runners will be marshalled to right of road and turn runners on the right outside of the roundabout. 
Comments The road section and right turn as above will have police in attendance to control traffic. the only other section of road i.e first half mile the road will be closed to traffic until last runner has passed.
