Terrain Flat with one hill up and over railway. this part of the course is out and back so the hill is run twice. 
Surface All on tarmac roads and park paths. Very short sections of grass in the park and along part of theGreenway. Housing areas, industial parks and a long section of traffic free wide walkwaythe Greenway 
Configuration Out from park to the Greenway,out in a southerly direction to a turn round point then back,then out in a northerly direction to a turn then back return by the same route to enter park at a different point to exiting. thro park to finish 
Section of Road Runners to keep to left hand side of roads that are closed to traffic 
Right Turns Runners will be marshalled to centre of road on approach to turn thendirected to left hand side of new road 
Comments Police will be in attendance at all major junctions and will control road closures.
