Terrain Mainly flat, but with a single prolonged climb and descent midcourse. 
Surface Paved roads and footpaths, with two 1.5km sections on good gravelled track. 
Configuration Out and back 
Section of Road Keep LEFT at start along Coypool Rd to Tory Brook bridge. Full width out and back through Saltram Park to ornamental gates where keep LEFT to turning point and back to gates. Full width till Tory Brook Bridge then keep RIGHT on Coypool Rd to Finish. 
Right Turns Shortest line 
Comments This same route is to be used for both the January Jaunt and the Mad March Hare
