Configuration	one lap including a section of out and back in the middle of the race.
Section of Road	on road sections keep to left hand side of road. rest of course whole width of track/path may be used
Right Turns	only one on road section at mini roundabout - on approach marshal runners to right of road and turn runners on the right outside of roundabout.
