Surface	Tarmac with short section of gravel approx 500metres and a short run into the finish on grass
Configuration	Approx 1.75k lap of housing estate then out to lap approx 1.75k around parkland then back along same route as the outward road.
Section of Road	All roads will be closed so around housing estate and the parkland paths the whole width may be used.Along the out and back section runners must keep to the left hand lane.
Right Turns	with roads closed runners can take shortest route round corners
Comments	The course is traffic free with the police closing all roads.
