Configuration anti-clock 1.25lap start on track, o.5lap of cycle track, then clockwise double back loop, followed by 2 lap outback large clockwise loop with a halfway loop of cycle/Athletic track 
Section of Road No restrictions on promenade except runners must keep to left hand side wherever the course passes in both directions 
Right Turns No restrictions except runners must stay on tarmac. 
Comments Start- Inside lanes of athletic track for first 520m, cross to cycle track at apex. Finish- Straight line from cyclet rack apex to outside 2 lanes (7&8) of athletic track.
