Surface Tarmac roads with approx 0.4 mile on hard packed gravel/earth on hardcore base. ex railway line.Country lanes with no paths.last o.2 miles through quiet commercial estate. 
Configuration Approx 1.25 miles out to a 2.25 mile loop and then 1.5 miles back on the same route as the way out. 
Section of Road Left hand side of road only on roads. whole width of footpath -ex railway track. one short section of footpath and a very short section of cycle path. 
Right Turns turn right from new road across flitch way. this turning is right on a left hand bend so drivers would see runners crossing road very late so turn runners onto right hand footpath well before turning right.
