| Surface | 9km of quiet country lanes- no pavements. 1km of housing estate roads split between the start and finish. |
| Configuration | out to a single lap loop and back onmainly the same route as out. pass the start on to the finish. |
| Section of Road | Country lanes use whole road except where there is a middle white lane-then use left of road only. housing estate roads stay close in to left kerb. |
| Right Turns | Runners to be marshalled to centre of road and then turned across to left of new road. |
| Comments | There are some blind right hand bends on the course so runners must be instructed to keep well to the left at these points. |
