Surface | All Tarmac. Start is in a quiet residential area. ist mile up a quiet main road. the rest of the course is on fairly narrow little used country lanes. |
Configuration | Out to a single lap and back down a different lane to finish. |
Section of Road | No Pavements used. along main road from start and along the Blackmore Road runners must be instructed to keep to the left.all other country lanes whole road can be used. |
Right Turns | Runners to be marshalled to centre of road and then crossed to left hand side of new road. |
Comments | There are a few right hand curves on the country lanes and some blind hill tops on the undulating sections which make running on the right dangerous so runners must be warned to keep to the left. |
