Terrain Mainly flat with one long drag up hill and two short sharp up climbs 
Surface Mixture of tarmac paths hard packed stones/sand. One length of hard packed earth farm track. route into finish over short cut grass. 
Configuration Out to a loop of 4k then back partly on the out route but different for last km 
Section of Road All tracks and cycle paths use whole width on roads use left hand side only 
Right Turns Keep runners on left of road until new road then cross them to left hand of new road. 
Comments Same course as previous years with a new start and finish. slightly different betweemn 8 & 9 km
