Terrain Undulating, but with three prolonged climbs after 1, 4 5 km. 
Surface Paved roads and footpaths, with final 2km section on packed gravel cycled track 
Configuration Single anti-clockwise loop with 1 km out and back pan handle between 7 and 8km. 
Section of Road Keep left at start along Coypool Road to Plymouth Road, where pavement MUST be used. Keep left, pavement may be used, throughout course to Crossway. After Crossway change to RHS where pavement MUST be used. Full width of road to Plym Bridge Lodge where k 
Right Turns Follow the line of motor vehicle turning right under direction of marshals turning on to Larkham Lane and Lucas Lane but on right hand bends on Woodford Avenue keep to within 1m of centreline on LHS.
