| Section of Road | Left hand side of road for first three and half miles then cross over to RHS on Stow Bridge Rd. Use R.H. hard shoulder of A10 to join footpath RHS asap when returning on Lynn Rd all way to finish. |
| Right Turns | Marshalls to guide runners across to RHS of road on Stow Bridge rd, then two R.H. turns to get onto Lynn Rd see sketch map. Final R.H. turn off footpath through gates and onto playing field to finish. |
