Terrain Mainly flat with a long drag up from start and a short incline at the finish. 
Surface Tarmac - part of the course is on the pavement of a quiet housing estate - the rest is all on country lanes 
Configuration 1 lap including a small loop. 
Section of Road On small loop the pavement will be used. on all other housing estate roads use left hand side of road only. on country roads all the road is available. 
Right Turns only 3 on course and runners will be on pavement on loop. 
Comments Whilst all the road is available on country lanes there are several Blind Right Hand Bends therefore the runners must be instructed/marshalled to keep to the left.
