Configuration Out to a loop of two laps then back on a route partially different to the way out 
Section of Road All roads are to be closed so whole road is available however as along the sea front runners will be going in both directions they must be kept to one side of road only 
Right Turns As roads are to be closed runners can take right turns as tight as possible on road.
