Terrain steady climb from Ceres village to turning point up a hill rising approx 350m then returning back on same route to the combined start / finish line. 
Surface tarmac country road closed for race 
Configuration Out and back on same route. Left lane out, and after turning, left lane back. 
Section of Road Left lane in each direction. No pavements available. 
Right Turns to centre of road 
Comments Left lane limit to allow fast runners to return without being impeded by slower runners.RD is a club runner but this is a charity race organised separately from any club event, on behalf of prostatescotland.org.uk.
